The RFB Junior is a flexible small-batch roaster designed for R&D, recipe development, and roasting in shops or small roasteries. With 2–5 kg batch sizes, it uses the same RFB hot-air roasting system as Neuhaus Neotec’s larger models, ensuring gentle, uniform roasting without moving mechanical parts. The separate cooling chamber works with the same airflow principle for rapid, even cooling, with optional water quenching in both chambers. Operation is simple via a large touch panel, allowing time- or temperature-controlled roasting with up to 10 intermediate steps.
